Our Air Bud model is a revolutionary poly cotton inflatable tent requiring no central pole 5 meters in diameter with standing height in the middle.

The Lotus Air Bud is a 5m diameter lightweight version of the Lotus Belle designed with easy camping and festivals in mind. The Lotus Air Bud utilises air pole technology which means it has no metal poles. It inflates in less than 5 minutes, is extremely sturdy, durable and you can stand up inside.

Our tents are called Lotus Belles. They are shaped like a nest of freshly whipped meringue and are incredibly light and spacious inside. Even the tallest of glampers will be able to stand up in our tents! They are made from the most luxurious heavyweight cotton canvas with chunky wooden toggles and round windows and doors. Hybrid models have both an insulated PVC layer on the windows for the winter and a mesh layer on the windows and doors to keep you cool and to keep the mosquitoes at bay in the summer. Naturally the Hybrid comes with a velcro seal-in groundsheet to keep out unwanted creepy crawlies.

This model also features large air vents at the roof apex which create a circular convection current when the doors and windows are open, drawing excess heat up and out of the tent.

The canvas material breathes minimizing condensation and overheating which helps keep the tent very comfortable inside.

We’ll provide you with wood/fire lighters for starting the fire in the firepit, and charcoal for use on the barbecue, but please bring along extra wood albeit nets of hardwood can be purchased locally for approx £8 per net.

Yogurt, granola & fresh seasonal fruit jam jars, Cured meats, smoked salmon & local cheese selection, Bantam hard-boiled eggs, banana bread & whipped honey butter, fresh breads & pastries. Fresh juice. (Available as a vegetarian option).

● 6 Rashers of bacon
● 2 Eggs

Method:

Get the firepit going outside and be clever with space, because all your ingredients will want to share one grill. You can use a pan or, If you don’t want to bung everything all in together, or if you’re catering for veggies too or simply like the authenticity of putting sausages straight on the barbecue, then go for it! Makeshift foil trays really do the job for cooking eggs too.

Sausages will need to go on first; they’ll need to be over a low/moderate heat for a long time. The beans also need to slow cook – so find a cooler space at the edge for them. Next put the tomatoes on. When the sausages have had a 15 minute head start, nudge them over to make more room for the bacon. Create little containers out of double thickness foil, put a little oil or butter in each then crack in the eggs.

Bread will be last to go on, tear it up and toast it over the fire. Once the eggs are done pile everything onto plates. This is certainly a hearty breakfast and will set you up well for a day of adventures.

Don’t forget that you can arrange for a breakfast pack at any one of our glamping sites. There are sausages, bacon and eggs in each, along with all sorts of other goodies.

Everything you need for a fry up: Orange juice, fresh seasonal fruit jam jar, yogurt & granola, locally made bacon, locally cured sausages, locally laid free-range eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans, fresh bread, butter, locally made jam or marmalade.
